This quest started back in January at my daughter's first volleyball tournament. At the start of each game, she would don her "headband of the moment" and one of two things would happen. 1) Said daughter would proceed to fiddle with said headband throughout the match or 2) Said daughter would forget about said headband and I would watch in horror as it slowly crept off the back of her head. After searching high and low for the perfect no-slip headband for my daughter, I finally came across one on the internet. Unfortunately, they did not have the right color combination to go with her volleyball uniform. After a couple of trips to the fabric store and a few hours of trying to channel Martha Stewart, I came up with what proves to be a great solution to our problem - a fashionable, yet functional headband that DOES NOT MOVE!
